Does Genext work with Outlook or Outlook Express?

Yes. Genext supports POP3 email clients such as Outlook®, Outlook Express® and Netscape.

In addition, Genext.NET email will also work with Eurdora and other POP3 Email Clients, however they are not supported over the phone. For support information on Eudora and other e-mail software, visit our support section.

Do I have to give you my Credit Card Number?

Nope. You can sign-up manually without providing your Credit Card information, however we may ask you for an alternate form if identification, such as your Drivers License Number, Mothers Maiden Name or Social Security Number.
