Current Genext customers are invited to subscribe to the Genext United Plan for only $15.00/month. [Click here to upgrade your account.]Plus, if your account is current and you have been a customer with Genext for at least one (1) month, we will waive the set-up fee.

You will need to download the latest set-up disc that includes local access numbers accross the country. It's easy and only takes a few minutes to complete the upgrade.

NOTE: Customers who use any of the Genext United Local Dial-Up Telephone Numbers will automatically be upgraded to the Genext United Dial-Up Plan. For those who did not sign-up to activate the Genext United Service, you will be charged the $15.00 Connection Fee automatically.

NOTE: Douglas, Chelan & Grant County (WA) is only $10.00 per month for local only access.

Yes. The set-up fee is only $15.00. In an effort to keep our prices low while maintaining the highest caliber of technical support services, we have implemented a $15.00 Set-Up Activation Fee.
