The "0" and Operator functions provide Genext Security and Systems Customers with 24-hour Immediate Support. The third option to connect to an operator is provided exclusively to our Security, Fire and Camera Systems Customers; we are not able to provide Internet Support at these extensions.

SYSTEMS GROUP MOVES INTO OREGON

2003 marks yet another year of growth as Genext, LLC begins its expansion into new markets. Over the past several months, our Systems Group has been working to meet strict licensing requirements that will allow us to conduct business in the State of Oregon.

The licensing activity was implemented so that we could bid a series of projects set to start this spring. Our team met the marks and was awarded the first of several large integrated security projects throughout the state of Oregon.

The projects are custom designed for Convenience Stores and Gas Stations and include Advanced Digital Video Recording, Phone Systems, Internet Access, Commercial Audio and Paging Systems as well as Burglary, Fire and Life & Safety Protection.

Clients benefit from our integrated systems approach. Our customers have one number to call and one contractor to work with. Experts in project management, our jobs are on-schedule, the systems are professionally designed and implemented and the customer saves money by bundling services with one company.

We are currently working with our Electrical and other Partners to establish operational facilities that will allow us to expand our Internet Communication Networks throughout the balance of Eastern Washington and into North Eastern Oregon.

Stress Relievers
Stress can cause problems for many parents. Being someone's mom or dad isn't always easy. Here are few ideas that some parents have used to alleviate stress.

Take Action
Relieve some stress by talking, exercising, singing, trying a relaxation technique, asking for help or anything else that works for you.

Be Realistic
Stop for a minute, take a deep breath and look at the situation again. How bad is it, really? Is this the very worst that can happen? Will you even remember this in a year?

Ease Up
Go easy with criticism of yourself and others. Let go of the idea that things need to go exactly as you planned.

Know Your Child
Your child has a social temperament—how she plays, the number of friends he's comfortable with and more. Remember to respect this temperament and don't impose your own style of expectations on your child.

Know Yourself
Appreciate your child's own social style. Remember that your child's popularity is not a measure of your own. Have realistic expectations for friendship and how much time kids can spend together. Don't expect preschoolers to be able to get along for long periods of time—they need a break from each other and interaction with you.
