761.7791. This number will connect you to our Internet Technical Support between the hours of 8:30 am and 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday and on Saturdays from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm. During these hours a real person is available to answer your call. If you are greeted by our voicemail, please press extension
2# and a customer service expert will return your call promptly.
The "0" and Operator functions provide Genext Security and Systems Customers with 24-hour Immediate Support. The third option to connect to an operator is provided exclusively to our Security, Fire and Camera Systems Customers; we are not able to provide Internet Support at these extensions.
