JUVENILE CENTER TECHNOLOGY

Early this month, Genext's Integrated Systems Group, in partnership with Don Kruse Electric, Inc in Omak, WA; were selected above all other vendors to upgrade the county Fire & Life Safety, Security & Door Locking and Commercial Audio Systems at the Okanogan County Juvenile Corrections Center.

After months of planning and engineering, County Commissioners acted on the advice of the Director and Manager of Juvenile Operations to address the antiquated systems in the facility. As part of a facility-wide plan, the electronic systems are to be completely upgraded to meet both current and future needs.

Contracts were awarded through the Okanogan County Small Works, proving not only our capability but our competitive pricing as well. In the next several weeks, Genext and Don Kruse Staff Members will work to install a new Fire Alarm Control System as well as replace all of the Microphone and Speaker Systems inside the facility. Also included in the project is the replacement of door locking hardware for the County's high-security areas.

NEW SPAM & VIRUS FILTER

Finally! A real SPAM and Virus Filter that works! Over the past several weeks Genext's Networks Group has been working to configure an all new SPAM and Virus Filter on the Genext.NET e-mail domain.

Congratulations to Lorn Conner, Scott Daniels and the rest of the Networks Group for their hard work and diligence in pulling off yet another advanced network upgrade.

The system was implemented flawlessly and many customers have already expressed their satisfaction with the simplicity and efficiency of the new filter.

At present, we are offering the E-Mail Filtering Services at no charge, however, it is foreseen that in the near future, we may charge a nominal fee in order to maintain the technology and keep up with future network enhancements.

GENEXT WINS CHELAN PUD MATERIALS CONTRACT

PROMOTIONS AT GENEXT

In preparation of another explosive growth year, Genext Administration has made improvements in its operational structure. We're proud to announce that Nathan Jennings has been promoted to General Manager of our North Central Washington Operations.

With a strong background in Business and Information Technology, Mr. Jennings holds a wealth of experience and the aptitude to lead the Genext team in our present and up and coming business ventures.

As our operations continue to expand throughout the region, it has become necessary to reorganize and prepare for this next level of business. To this effect, Ms. Sarah Zabrocki has been appointed as Chief Business Officer and Mr. Tony Veeder as Chief Operations Officer / Strategic Development.

Ms. Zabrocki, a founding partner of Genext, has served as our VP of Company Relations for three years before delegating much of her daily operations duties to other staff members. Now, Sarah can be afforded the time and resources to manage the business side of the company and to align people and resources as necessary to meet our Member Goals.

Currently, Sarah is working to streamline operations, integrate business systems and monitor the continued health of our company.

Mr. Tony Veeder, also a Member of Genext, has years of experience in communication facility operations. Throughout his career, Tony has launched satellites, maintained Top Secret Networks for the Federal Government, as well as negotiated National and International Contracts to unveil next generation technology around the world.

Currently, Tony is working with both local and international organizations to shape several broadband and carrier technologies soon to be unveiled.

While Genext maintains some of the lowest collection balances in the industry, there is still a percent of individuals that consume much of our Billing and Credit Departments' time.

Our commitment to efficient operations and keeping our prices low is un-wavering. However, with the advancements of our new mail server, e-mail filter and web acceleration products, our costs are ever increasing.

With potential taxation on Internet Services and Information Compliance Laws lurking around the corner, it is becoming increasingly important that we control our costs and reduce our aging and cost of collections to help offset any up and coming price increases.

To the right, is a modification and a few clarfications with respect to our Billing Policy. Please read them and take the opportunity to ask questions should your require further clarification.

Change in Policy:

Late Fees will now be issued on the 5th of the month (the original due date) instead of the 11th as we had been doing in good faith. All Past Due Accounts will be issued a late fee on the 5th of the month. (See IAUP)

Clarification of Current Policy:

The due date on your invoice applies to current charges only. Any Past Due Amounts (Previous Balances) are due immediately upon receipt.

Past Due accounts will be notified first by e-mail, then by USPS. Unsuccessful collection attempts will be sent to our collections department immediately. They will no longer be held to avert collection expenses.

Accounts held for non-payment that are subsequently paid in an attempt to re-activate service may take up to forty-eight (48) hours to clear our credit department.

Account Suspensions make take place prior to the months end to invoke communication with our Credit Department. Your e-mail service will still function and you will be able to re-activate, upon verification of payment, if arrangements are made prior to 4pm.

Referral Credits are not to be combined with any other offer. They are not cash and cannot be used as payment on a Previous Balance. In order to obtain a referral credit, the referred customer must provide the Genext.NET user name of the referrer at the time of activation in order to initiate a Referral Credit.

Promotions and other Special Pricing Considerations cannot be combined with any other offer and can not be extended beyond the promotion period. Promotions are constructed to achieve a desired outcome. In many cases the time period is based on sales goals, access to discounted materials and or services, or to utilize a labor excess. These resources are time sensitive and are not available to Genext beyond the promotion period therefore they will not be available to Genext Customers beyond the promotion period.
