WHAT HAPPENED TO THE FIBER?

As you may heard, the Grant County PUD experienced a very significant service disruption over the weekend which lasted through Tuesday afternoon. The wide spread disruption affected Internet customers in Chelan, Douglas and Grant Counties. We were in contact with the PUD networks group throughout the ordeal and wish to thank them for their tireless efforts as they worked round the clock to fix the problem.

A letter was issued from the Grant PUD shortly after the outage. We are happy to share it with you and have emailed a copy to all of our customers. Once again, thank you Zipp Fiber Team for your outstanding effort!
