After months of in-depth research and analysis of various virus/anti spam solutions, Genext Network Engineers chose to purchase a dedicated server form Barracuda Networks. “You will have full control over the filter settings for your e-mail account. You can even choose to opt-out and not use the filter at all, if you wish. It's your mail.” states Lorn Conner, Network Administrator.

Lorn further went on to explain that the solution is company wide, meaning “[it] will work for all of our customers, not just some”.

The question that quickly comes to mind for many Genext customers is the cost. Mr. Daniels and the Marketing Group have much to say for the value of the new E-Mail Security Service but were determined to offer it “Free of Charge” in spite of the significant costs associated with deploying this Enterprise Grade Solution.

When speaking with Genext's Operations Officer, Sarah Zabrocki, she confirmed "…while the addition of equipment, support and maintenance contracts bears significant cost to the company, we feel compelled to offer this service at the lowest price possible."

Sarah went on to explain that Genext will be offering the Service Free of Charge for up to 30-days so that customers may test the features and choose for themselves if they wish to keep them. Thereafter, Genext intends to offer the E-Mail Security Service free for certain annual pre-pay and credit card auto-pay customers. There are details to the pricing structures that will be announced in the weeks to come and are presently available on website.

As we continue to expand our presence in the community and begin to offer High-Definition TV (HDTV) services, Genext has uncovered the need for a dedicated marketing professional.

We're are pleased to welcome Kristin McCormick of Seattle, WA to the Genext Team. Ms. McCormick has a degree in Communications from WSU with an emphasis in Sales & Marketing and Public Relations.

Prior to joining Genext, Kristin held a position at 180solutions.com where she managed B2B Affiliate Sales, Lead Account Managers to increase sales, recruited prospective employees and developed training modules for business sales strategies.

Prior to 180soluitons, she held positions at University of Northern Iowa in Darmstadt, Germany, Fox Sports Northwest and the WSU Waste Wise Program.

Kristin is a polished relations and marketing professional with a wealth of real-world experience to bear on our endeavors. She brings integrity and increased capability to the Genext team and we look forward to her results as she spearheads multiple contact and public relations campaigns this year.
