Well, it's the end of summer and that means back to school or, for many kids, starting school for the first time. While it's often a welcomed time of year for many parents, other parents are somewhat reluctant at the thought of their kids going off to school, especially if it is their first time.

Genext is proud to welcome Tony Veeder, who has been appointed as our new Director of Strategic Development. Tony has been working to develop relationships with key companies and organizations within our community for the past several months and is now taking on a new focus set for our company.

Currently, Tony is a member of the Chelan County PUD Healthcare Fiber Pilot committee and is leading many new technology initiatives, some of which will include a focus on the community and specific key organizations within the region. LATE FEE INCREASE

For those who have become familiar with our firm issuance of late-fees, please be aware that as of October 1^st 2002, the following adjustment will be made to our late fee schedule.

Current Rates:				New Rates as of 10/1/02
$3.00 per account				$5.00 per billing cycle item

Under the new late fee schedule, accounts that are past due (as defined in the Internet Acceptable Use Policy), determined on the 11^th of each month, will be charged a late fee in the amount of $5.00 for each complete product or service we provide.

We provide the very best internet and technology services and are adjusting these late fees so that the cost of collecting on late payments are passed on to those responsible for them.
