Recently we upgraded security services on our main web and email servers. Some of you may have noticed that services were suspended longer than the anticipated two hours. This is because in addition to patching security concerns we also performed a full back up of all user and web data on the server. This is yet another way that Genext insures the integrity of our service and your information on the web.
The back-ups performed during the upgrade are primarily for Genext services and may not include full back-ups of your user or web data. You are strongly encouraged to do so through your user interface.
