There is no limit to the number of referral credits you can receive. Referral Credits are issued in the amount equal to the customer's monthly billing cycle for all Genext.NET dialup products. You are also eligible to receive referral credits up to $20 for any Genext Broadband Internet Service that is referred.*

When your referral calls to sign-up or they sign-up online, make sure they give your name when we ask, "How did you hear about us?" Or enter it into the "Referral Comments" section on the sign-up form.

Once your referral has paid for at least one full month of service, your account is flagged and credit is set to be issued on the 10th of the month. You will receive an emailed thank you letter indicating that your referral has made their first payment, as well as a credit invoice confirming that credit has been issued.
